By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

1. ABOUT ROYAL TOY TROVE

Royal Toy Trove is an independent collectibles retailer specializing in Funko Pops and other collectible merchandise, including vaulted, exclusive, chase, limited-edition, and autographed collectibles.

Royal Toy Trove is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Funko, LLC or by the owners, licensors, studios, publishers, actors, voice actors, characters, franchises, or intellectual properties represented by the products we sell unless specifically stated otherwise.

All trademarks and intellectual property relating to products sold on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of royaltoytrove.com.

3. COLLECTIBLE CONDITION

Collectible condition is subjective.

Royal Toy Trove makes reasonable efforts to accurately photograph, inspect, and describe the condition of the collectibles we sell.

Where applicable, listings may include separate assessments for:

Figure condition
Box condition
Window condition
Sticker condition
Packaging wear
Autograph condition
Authentication
Protectors or accessories included with the item

Minor factory imperfections may occur with collectible products. These can include, but are not limited to:

Minor paint variations
Small manufacturing marks
Slight box imperfections
Window scuffs
Minor corner wear
Print alignment differences
Sticker placement variations
Packaging inconsistencies

Such characteristics may originate from the manufacturer and do not necessarily indicate damage caused by Royal Toy Trove.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description and all available photographs before purchasing.

4. ACTUAL-ITEM PHOTOGRAPHS

When a product listing states that the photographs show the actual item, the customer will receive the collectible shown in those photographs unless otherwise disclosed.

Because photographs are part of the condition disclosure, customers should carefully review all images before purchasing.

Lighting, screen settings, camera angles, reflections, and display settings may cause slight differences between the appearance of an item online and its appearance in person.

For certain new or multiple-quantity products, representative or stock photographs may be used. Where practical, this will be indicated in the listing.

5. AUTOGRAPHED AND SIGNED COLLECTIBLES

Royal Toy Trove may sell collectibles featuring autographs, inscriptions, character names, quotes, sketches, or other personalization.

When third-party authentication is included, the product listing will identify the authentication provider when known.

Examples may include authentication or certification from services such as JSA, PSA/DNA, Beckett, SWAU, Prime Signature Authentication, or another authentication provider.

Authentication is performed by independent third parties. Royal Toy Trove does not control the procedures, opinions, databases, or decisions of third-party authentication companies and cannot guarantee that a different authentication provider would reach the same conclusion.

If a signed item is not third-party authenticated, the listing will not represent it as third-party authenticated.

Any certificate, authentication sticker, hologram, identification number, or accompanying documentation included with a signed collectible will be identified when applicable.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many collectibles sold by Royal Toy Trove are one-of-one inventory, discontinued, vaulted, limited-production, convention-exclusive, autographed, or otherwise difficult to replace.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item.

Inventory is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Because Royal Toy Trove may sell inventory through multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If an item is unavailable because of an inventory synchronization error or other inventory issue, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the amount paid.

7. PRICING AND LISTING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, and other information are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Royal Toy Trove reserves the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect prices, incorrect product information, inventory discrepancies, or other listing errors.

If an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders resulting from obvious pricing or listing errors.

8. ORDERS

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Suspected fraud
Unauthorized payment activity
High-risk payment indicators
Pricing or inventory errors
Attempts to circumvent purchase limits
Suspected resale fraud or chargeback abuse
Incorrect shipping information
Technical errors
Violations of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. HIGH-RISK AND FRAUDULENT ORDERS

Royal Toy Trove may use Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, address-verification services, and other systems to evaluate orders for potential fraud.

Orders identified as high risk may be held for additional review.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order before shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders when we reasonably believe an order presents a significant risk of fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, or other suspicious activity.

10. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers available at checkout.

Royal Toy Trove does not directly control the processing policies of third-party payment providers.

Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required.

11. SHIPPING

Shipping terms, processing times, tracking information, carrier responsibilities, and procedures relating to damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Royal Toy Trove is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for securing the delivered package generally transfers to the customer, subject to applicable law and our stated policies.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Return Policy.

Because many items sold by Royal Toy Trove are collectible, limited, individually photographed, signed, vaulted, or otherwise difficult to replace, customers should carefully review each listing before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request an order cancellation, contact Royal Toy Trove as quickly as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return Policy will govern any available options.

Royal Toy Trove reserves the right to cancel an order as otherwise described in these Terms.

14. PROTECTORS AND PACKAGING

Some collectibles may include a soft protector, hard stack, armor, case, or other protective accessory.

A protector is included only when stated or shown as included in the product listing.

Protective packaging is intended to reduce the risk of damage but cannot guarantee that carrier handling will not affect a shipment.

Royal Toy Trove takes reasonable care when packaging collectible merchandise for shipment.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, authentication companies, analytics providers, marketplaces, and other services.

Royal Toy Trove does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent policies, content, availability, or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

16. SELL YOUR COLLECTION

Royal Toy Trove may offer customers the opportunity to submit collectibles or collections for purchase consideration.

Submitting photographs, lists, descriptions, or other information does not obligate Royal Toy Trove to make an offer or purchase the submitted items.

Any preliminary valuation or offer may be subject to verification of:

Authenticity
Condition
Completeness
Edition or variant
Stickers
Autographs or authentication
Quantity
Ownership
Other relevant characteristics

Royal Toy Trove reserves the right to revise or withdraw an offer if an item materially differs from the information originally provided.

Individuals submitting collectibles for sale represent that they have the legal right to sell those items.

Royal Toy Trove will not knowingly purchase stolen, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained property.

17. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Royal Toy Trove makes reasonable efforts to source and sell authentic collectible merchandise.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

Where authenticity or third-party certification is specifically represented in a listing, that representation is based on the information, documentation, product characteristics, or authentication available to us at the time of listing.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Toy Trove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website, your inability to use the website, or your purchase or use of products sold through the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that royaltoytrove.com will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Royal Toy Trove name, branding, logos, website design elements, original photography, graphics, and original written content are owned by or licensed to Royal Toy Trove unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use Royal Toy Trove-owned content without prior permission.

Product names, franchise names, characters, trademarks, and copyrighted properties appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.

21. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, messages, testimonials, or other content to Royal Toy Trove, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
